How to Order — Simple, Transparent, and Professional

Here’s how the ordering process works at ES Premier Uniforms:

Initial Discussion & Needs Analysis: Reach out by phone, e-mail or through our website and we will discuss: how many staff require uniforms, the types of uniforms, fabrics, customization features, budget, and timeline.
Design & Sample / Mockup: We will provide you with design proofs (mock-ups) of the uniforms as to logo, placement of patches, color(s), etc. Once you approve the mock-ups, we can provide you sample uniform pieces for you to assess.
Quotation & Confirmation: We will prepare a formal quote based on production of the uniforms as per the approved mock-ups, fabric selected, number of uniforms, and accessories you are ordering. Once you confirm and pay the deposit, we will commence with the production of the uniforms.
Production & Quality Control: The uniforms will be produced with all customizations, and abbreviations as ordered. Each batch is subject to quality control before the uniforms are delivered.
Delivery / Pickup: We can deliver to your designated location in Abu Dhabi, or you can collect from our facility in Musaffah. Final payment is typically made at delivery (or as mutually agreed upon).
After-Sale Support: If any uniform piece arrives with defects, we will repair or replace (subject to our terms). We can also assist you with reorders or additional sizes later.
